iogj: Good morning from NYC and the Bay Area. What's happening? There have been many reports that people who listen or read the news when they wake up become increasingly depressed and despondent, in spite of their desire to know and share in the world around them. Perhaps the problem is not all news is bad or that our era is beyond repair but that we have so little access to the news that is capable of inspiring and sustaining our drives toward creating a new world.
